Troubled about RAM

Hello, i wanna build a PC and i am realy conofused about what will be better in terms of RAM . i will get fror a cpuan intel core i5-10400f  and for a motherboard an asrock z490 . The problem is : I get 1 stick of ram 16gb 3600mhz or 2 sticks of ram (2x8) at 3200mhz. In my country the prices of those two are 1 euro differance but anything above is much more expensive could you help me decide between these two ? Thanks in advance

2x8 for proper Dual Channel usage to maximize memory performance.
