Removed attached stuff from editor remains

What happened?

attachment not removed

 

What did you expect to happen?

attachment to be gone

Is hit something that just happened once (despite multiple attempts to remove it), or has it happened with multiple images? And what were the steps that you did when you attached it originally? I can't seem to reproduce it.

I've never really noticed it before, maybe it's a one off

 

I pasted the image but decided not to post it a day or two ago, then I opened the editor again and it's still there, and then the video happened

update: so i tried to post a SU from this PC to see if i can get rid of it

 

i made sure to bin it before i posted, it still stuck to the SU, i had to edit it out

 

so far it's not in the editor anymore
