Accidently clicked "Allow orginization to manage my device"

Hey, so a bit of back story; it's 4am currently and since I couldn't sleep I decided to finish off some school work, after doing all the work on Word I went to go save it using my college login and signing into one drive; there was an option which gets automatically checked saying "Allow my orginization to manage my device", I was pretty tired so I clicked on "No sign into this app only" without unchecking the "Allow orginization to manage my device", I looked into my settings > Accounts > Access school or work, and no accounts showed up which made me think that It didn't actually allow them, but that actually made me more paranoid as I was sure I accidently kept that box checked, so I'm kind of worried that they've got some access to my personal computer now. 

 

I signed out and in again to my PC and logged out of word, when trying to relog in; it once again asks if I want my orginization to manage my device; so does this mean I'm in the clear?
