I ended up changing it a little. Downgraded to a 10600k since your playing at 1440p. I upgraded the case and PSU. https://www.ibuypower.com/Carts

That'll work fine. Best buy has a cyberpowerpc which is very similar to this for $1349 but it's usually out of stock. I'd personally just build it myself and wait for availability, but you can do you.  CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 16GB Memory NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 1TB SSD White SLC8600BST - Best Buy

I got a very similar system from Cyberpower a while back.

The RTX 3070 is almost for sure one of the worst ones you can get, I bought a similar system from cyerbpower pc and got a 3070 ventus 2x, which is perhaps the worst 3070 out there. The z490 p is *fine* but you won't really want to oc on it too much. The 650w is most likely an Apevia Prestige non-modular unit, or something very similar, Which usually would be fine, but I'd reccomend replacing it sometime down the road, especially if you want to make an upgrade to any major component. The Sn550 is a alright drive, works well in my use case.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
