What on earth have i found

I found whatever this is on facebook. what the hell is it? Iv found some close matches, but nothing thats the same. The closest thing to it i have found is on some weird Czech website.

I don’t seem to find a name but found someone with a white variant

Yeah, these are the ones that are on google. I just cant find anything thats the same

The white one is similar but the one I hound has an actually Mercedes logo and the shape is slightly different too
