MY PC's Evoloution.. From Hacked Together Prebuilt, to a Clean PC

It all started Off in a HP Elite 7500 Series MT prebuilt, with an i7 3770, and a chucked in GTX 980

Then some big changes, Corsair 750d Case, New CPU, Ram & MB (i7 6700k, 16gbs 3000mhz ram, Maximus VIII hero)

I Swapped Cases early in 2020, to a Corsair SPEC-06 RGB

I upgraded to a white cooler, to better match the ashetic im going for

Made my GPU vertical mounted!

Then finally , i painted my motherboard and graphics card to white, and it brightened up the build so much better

So basically you've changed everything but not gpu and done some great painting awesome!

It's too bad the last image isn't loading for me, I'm sure it's the coolest

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Basically XD although i did used to have a 750ti? i believe before the 980 so yeah thinking about it i probs have changed everything lool

I mean that's upgrading a pc though.. Just doing it slowly over the years, alot of people keep the same cpu and mobo combo but upgrade the graphics card soo

As a fellow PC builder that started out with a prebuilt HP Elite, well done!

 

I also went with an everything upgrade, first for looks and then for quiet operation.
