Its very hard to measure without specialist equipment, I don’t think software monitoring data has proved to be accurate, at least not for all configurations and manufacturers etc.

 

I would trust the recommended PSU wattage for the card, which is 650. Only buy more if you feel the need/have the money or your system is highly unusual such as having two water loops or lots of drives or LN2 cooling etc.

According to reviews online it can peak at 265 W or so. So games that push it hard or benchmarks. That's at default settings. They stated it would probably pull closer to 300 W overclocked.
