Help choosing monitor.

Hi, 

I am building a new gaming setup and could do with a bit of help picking a monitor. I have about £350 max to spend. I would like a maximum panel size of 27Inch and would like at least 144hz and need to either have an included stand with full adjustment or a seperate stand with full adjust included in the budget. the pc powering it will have a RTX 3060 or 3070 hopefully. I will be playing a mixture of single and multiplayer titles aswell as some editing so need decent colour accuracy. Any help would be great. Thanks.
