Doesn't show up my m.2 ssd in bios

So I had lots of BSOD regarding memory and ssd. I bought the ssd month ago. I wiped my ssd using asus SECURE ERASE. I restarted to install windows and my ssd showed but after a moment the setup reverted me to the first step. After that my ssd wasn't showing up neither in bios. Please help me to fix it.
