Posted January 21, 2021 So being stuck at home coughing until my head aches, I decided to have a look at my ex's old laptop. It is as you might have guessed an Acer aspire s3 ms2346. It starts to a white screen and some hdd noices, but appears to not give any signal thru the hdmi port. And there is also no startup sound from the speakers. The most common solution to the white screen problem appears to be a screen replacement. But I don't think this laptop with its limited 4gb of ram is worth the ≈110usd it would cost me.
