I'd go with the PRO4, but see if other mobos like the B550-A-Pro are in stock.

in my region the b550 a pro and b550 mortar are just 2 dollors apart and the pro 4 way below both in pricing

the mortar is better, but for a 3600 or any other ryzen 5 or 7 it won't make a difference.

if you think you'll ever upgrade to a ryzen 9, get the mortar, otherwise, the pro 4 is just fine
