i am having this very annoying sound coming from my pc i am unable to figure out what it is or where its coming from

evga rtx 2070 super

asus b 450 -f mobo

corsair vengence lpx 16 gb 3600 mhz

corsair rmx 650 watts 80 plus gold fully modular

phanteks p400a stock fans at top exhaust and rear with nzxt kraken x53 aio mounted at the front 

xpg 512gb nvme ssd

and seagate barracuda 4tb

and a pcie wifi card

could it be that your pc is on a unstable surface?

or your fans are not properly mounted to the computer case?
