Computer Won't Boot Until I Press a Key on Keyboard

Hello,

 

I'm having an issue with booting my computer. It used to work just fine, where I would press the power button and the computer would boot up like normal. Now when I press the power button, the computer turns on but my monitor won't and when I turn my monitor on manually the computer doesn't actually boot up until I press a key on my keyboard. I'm not sure why this is.
