Obviously completely dismantle it, vacuum out the case, but what about the parts themselves?

C4... LOTS of C4.

 

j/k - pressurised air, a good medium stiff brush & a good quantity of "wet wipes" & kitchen towels.

Hold the fans in place before/to stop over-revving them with pressurised air.

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

 

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

I wouldn't use wipes on the boards themselves
