Extremely high temps with NH-D15

Well it might be a combination of three thing.

   You can see that the rim is thicker around the edges. It would be fine for an Intel cpu as the die is in the center.

Ryzen ccx(die) are off set. 

I had these problem with a cooler. I rotated it 180 and mounted it the other to make better contact over the die.

   The bond between the IHS and ccx may not be good. Might need to rma the GPU.

   Voltage of the cpu maybe to high. Try setting voltage to like 1.3v
