I think I would try first to remove the current driver with DDU in Safe Mode. Also make sure you have the correct driver downloaded for your graphics card.

I think you are required to install DCH drivers for Windows 1803 and up, you need to download the DCH version of that driver.

Quote or Tag people so they know that you've replied.
