Depends on the game. It will likely bottleneck quite bit if you don't oc the cpu.

amd phenom ii x6 1055t bottleneck hd 7870 crossfire or what will be the highest card could i get 

played bf4 at 2ghz without a bottleneck.

it entirely depends on the game, if its something like wow youll need 1 really fast core, most modern games are evenly threaded and gpu limited

well i play some of the newest games 

amd fx 6300  @4.4ghz @1.4/ga-970a-ud3/HD78702gb /antec 620w psu

get it as high as you can, but 4.0 is around where there is no bottleneck in any game.

ok so that means i may have upgrade my psu but i didnt want to do crossfire what the highest card i could run that cpu 

i wouldn't run anything above a 770 or a 280/7970
