In a few years if I get close to 1TB on the SSD and don't want to delete games, what are my options? I am a noob when it comes to pc building etc, I just built this like a week ago.

You can add m.2 ssds, or even 2.5" ssd, and HDDs through the numerous Sata ports on the MoBo.

 

There are your Sata ports: 

 

 

You can connect SATA ssd or Hdd with a Sata cable included in the MoBo box, to upgrade your storage.

if you get close to 1TB you can

- clone the drive (with AOMEI backupper and partition assistant) to a larger drive

- install another drive and use Steam to move games to the new drive https://www.howtogeek.com/269515/how-to-move-a-steam-game-to-another-drive-without-re-downloading-it/

 

on a more important note how did you get a 3060TI and a 5600X? very suspicious.
