if you get close to 1TB you can

- clone the drive (with AOMEI backupper and partition assistant) to a larger drive

- install another drive and use Steam to move games to the new drive https://www.howtogeek.com/269515/how-to-move-a-steam-game-to-another-drive-without-re-downloading-it/

 

on a more important note how did you get a 3060TI and a 5600X? very suspicious.
