GTX 1660 Stuttering Issue

Hi,

 

Although I get high fps in games, the game is not fluid and the screen is also distorted. Even windows 10 20H2 is not fluid. I think it is stuttering problem, how can i solve? I tried vsync but same.

 

System features

SSD 1 - JD 512 2000 Read 1500 write 512GB M2 SSD

SSD 2 - JD 120 120 GB 550 read 500 write

HDD - Toshiba 500 GB gives Bad Sector warning 110 MB read 110 MB write write

Processor: R5 2600

Ram: XPG 8x2 3000mhz dual channel

Video card: MSI Ventus 1660 XS OC

Power Supply: Cooler Master Masterlite 700W

What monitor do you have?

turn on v-sync/g-sync/freesync, which ever is applicable.

Does the stuttering still happen when you unplug the HDD with bad sectors?

I don't have this technologies.But i tried with vsync, problem is still there.
