buy new router help

hello guys,

i want to buy new router, currently i am considering the Asus RT-N66U router but i am wondering if there is some cheaper option, my internet speed is 8 Mb/s , i want dual band router and i would like the antenna to be external since i have a sucky linksys with internal antenna which is very small, we have 4 laptops 1 desktop 5 phones using the net. i dont mind the RT-N66U but i dont want to spend more than i need with my slow net speed.

yes,, add in more accesspoints if you can run ethernet cabling to them, or consider those wireless extenders.

or get a new router with detachable antennas and budget in for replacement antennas with long extension cords.. hehhee

If you already have a router than just get a more powerful wireless access point.

 

my router is broken, thats why i want new one
