It definitely will! The bottleneck is huge with the RAM you have now. Even me forgetting to enable XMP for 3000mhz (3200 OC) after a bios reset caused me to lose 30% ish performance in warzone

My specs are

AMD Ryzen 7 2700x Eight-Core Processor 4.70 GHz
Ram 16GB single channel
Mother Board ASrock x470 SLI/AC
PSL EVGA SuperNOVA 220-G3-1000-X1,1000 G3, 80 Plus Gold 1000W
Cooling system Rosewill Liquid cooling
Drives Hitachi HUA723030ALA640 3TB and Gigabyte SSD 120GB
GPU RTX 2080 Super founders edition.

I've honestly tried everything i can, i upgraded to a 2080n super yesterday deleted all the old drives and installed new ones when i seen that didnt work i just factory reset my entire pc, performance is still the same. Im legit getting the same fps i did with my 1070 FTW3 any suggestions ?

That single channel RAM is making a huge impact on your performance. Try getting a 2nd stick of ram, that will give you a major performance jump.

What you want is minimum 3200mhz 2x8gb sticks. Or 2x16 if you want 32gb ram of course.

Erm, most times 1400Mhz is considered "dual data rate" 2800 Mhz.

Just asking - why 32GB - video editing or CAD?

For gaming 16GB is enough...  though yea RAM is somewhat cheap now.

This, AMD needs 2 sticks of 3200, no need to go any higher really but don’t go lower either. Just wasting your system otherwise. Two sticks of 8GB at that speed is plenty.
