Cannot find "CPPC, CPPC preferred core, Cool&Quiet, Global C state" in the bios.

Hello, my new build has motherboard ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4 with the latest bios and chipset. But in the bios, I could not find CPPC or other related settings. Are the settings only accessible on b570 motherboard? If that is the case, I am not sure what else I could tweak to improve my Ryzen 3600.
