Budget (including currency): 1990-1950 usd with tax

Country: United States of America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Everything Gaming at 1440p as well as just general use and maybe not intensive productivity.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Just another post asking for feedback on the build they put together. This one is mine. Just before reviewing, keep in mind this is build is primarily meant for gaming and general use. I plan to add another 1tb sata and 16gb of the same ram kit down the road if I end up needing it. This is just meant to be the version to get the system up and running with good performance. The monitor I have and plan to pair with the build is Samsung G7 odyssey, if that provides any valuable info.  Any feedback is appreciated!

  • I'd probably get a cheaper SSD, there are others that have similar performance for less.
  • That cooler is awful. I'd upgrade to something better.

Other than that it looks pretty good.

I appreciate you giving feedback to my list. However, on the revised one you posted, you left out about 300 dollars worth of parts and tax (Cooler, Case Fans, and HDD plus taxes of all the parts.) You have saved me around 70ish dollars though (when tax and all the parts are accounted for) and I will look into possibly exchanging my parts for those you previously mentioned.

Welcome to the forum.

Do you have any cooler or ssd recommendations? In addition, I went with that cooler on my list because of some people recommending it to me. I thought it would be fine cooling a 5600x with pbo enabled, but if not, I would happily exchange for a different one.

Skip the cooler as 5600x already comes with one.

Look for cheap argb fans from brands like Asia horse, they are pretty cheap and look good.

Yeah, I skipped the HDD. You can add it if it is required.

You can get all this for around $100.
