Hello, I have my old Dell Latitude E6410, and is being slow at games. Can I overclock my GPU?

The Dell Latitude came with either the Ironlake iGPU 🤮 or a nVIDIA Quadro NVS 3100M. If you have a quad core CPU then guaranteed you have the Quadro.

Both though, are going to struggle really hard in games, no amount of OC'ing or thermal paste will save them.

I really don't see how that matters

Not all come with this. It's a fairly uncommon option on these machines.

I don't know where the idea that you can't overclock an igpu came from. Grab yourself Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and you can overclock any Intel igpu - including OEM systems - with the caveat of being subject to power limits - I've still gotten 50%+ uplifts even when power limited.
