Not big enough.

If it's a 2x 8 Pin 3080 then it will be fine.

 

If it's a 3x 8 Pin 3080 like the EVGA FTW3 Ultra or ASUS Strix then no, you would really need a 850W PSU.

The Palit Gaming Pro is one of those cards that uses a reference pcb and is quite power capped so you should be fine with the 750W PSU.
