intel i710750H overclocking

hi i am new to overclocking and i wanted to now much my cpu a i710750H can take. I use xtu and i did not know what the recommended overclock is for it. I searched it and i didnt find anything about it.

Hope somebody can help me.

Even if you could OC it, it's not worth it, as it's a laptop. It will just throttle more.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/processor-numbers.html Only HK processors in Laptops (or K) can be overclocked really, I think using Intel XTU you an get longer boost(?) but thats it, if your system has an NVMe drive I don't even think it allows for a voltage change. For other laptops, only the dGPU can be overclocked, if you can keep it under 90C.
