What motherboard and CPU are you using?

That should work together.

Just some 'sanity check' questions. Have you confirmed the cables are correctly connected on the PSU side too? And the monitor is connected to the videocard?

Sometimes AMD systems are known to take a bit to start up, have you tried waiting a couple minutes for it to POST?

When you mention you reset the CMOS, have you done it in the way the motherboard manual recommends:

Spoiler

It mentions a jumper cap, but something like a metal object (i.e. a screwdriver) also works.

Yes all the cables are connected to the psu correctly, it’s a non modular. yes it is connected to the gpu. I have waited for like 10 minutes to plug in the hdmi and still no signal. CMOS was reset the way that the motherboard says, ( I took the lights Houma battery out and used a screwdriver on the jbat pins

What's this loose hanging wire by the way?

It looks like a fan header, so if that is the CPU cooler cable, the CPU error could be coming from that.

I plugged that cable in and the debug light is still on. There are a few cables hanging around inside like rgb strip cables. Turns out it was the cpu fan cable but the light is still on. It also could be that my thermal paste is no good so I will try to put new paste on
