Soo I want to be clear about something you may not be impressed I'm posting this because I don't know where to message people privately about the tech issues or questions I have.

 

TI post to the subforums and I don't get responses, I post to General Discussion and it gets removed. Same problem as with Reddit unfortunately. I'll attempt to post to the right categories from now on if it is clearly a topic. If not though where am I supposed to post it?

Choose where you think it best fits.. if the mods dont think it fits there and would be better in a different sub forum, they will move it for you at there discretion.

For most things there should be at least one subforum that feels mostly relevant to the content you're posting, so you should post it there. If there are multiple that feel relevant, post to the one that feels best, and we can always move it if it turns out not to be the case.

 

General Discussion should only be for topics that are tech related but don't fit anywhere else, otherwise everyone would only use General Discussion and it would be a complete mess. Sometimes the other subforums might take slightly longer to get a response, but you're more likely to get answers from people who have more experience.

Adding that we don't just remove threads. If your thread is removed and you are not informed a reason, its most likely double post. If you feel like your posts are being removed and you aren't notified about it, please PM member of moderation team. Or post into Test Posts section and report your own thread.
