you can get away with either 720p/30-60 streaming or 1080p/30, I would say tbh just build it, Download OBS, tell it exactly what you want and it will configure it for you.

If you are doing a little more itensive tasks like VTubing, I wouldn't really recommend this setup but this is my overall conclusion.

 

Also if possible, You could switch to NVIDIA To utilise the Nvenc encoder with minimal loss in gaming performance when you are streaming...
