i am going to build my first pc and i have 3 ll120 fans from corsair that came with the lightning node pro, and an icue h150i cpu cooler, do i need a rgb hub or a commander pro or both, i am really confused.

A set of two LL120 fans comes with an RGB LED HUB and Node Pro, which you connect like so:

This is only for RGB. To make the fans spin, you need to connect these fans to three PWM headers (CHA_FAN) on your motherboard.

The H150i is a selfcontained unit.

It needs a PWM header on your board (CPU_FAN), SATA power from your PSU and USB 2.0 from your motherboard.

What motherboard are you using?
