I have 2 monitors one connected to my card and the other to my motherboard because i don't have an adapter i only have a vga to dvi-i and the monitor only has vga ports and i live in a country where amazon has 30-50$ shipping aliexpress will take ages and quarantine

graphics card only has 3 displayports 1 hdmi (used) and one dvi-d

any way to trick surround into thinking that my second monitor is connected to the nvidia gpu

i just want bezel compensation

well no alternative software that has bezel compensation?

Not that I know of, but.... is this for gaming? You basically would never want to use just 2 monitors for gaming. The "center" of your screen which is where the main focus of things always is will be in the bezels. This is why nvidia surround and such always has 3 monitors.

But for gaming, even if there was software that wouldn't work well. Monitors need to be plugged into the GPU in order to actually get driven by the GPU.

also is there a way to just turn dvi-i adapter to dvi-d? by just bending the 4 pins?

Depends. The 4 Pins are for Analog signal, and if you’re goal is to use it on VGA, then you cannot, as VGA needs those 4 pins. If you are just trying to use a DVI-I cable for DVI-D ports on an actual monitor or HDMI cable, it may work.
