Need Help Moving Windows 10 from SSD to M.2

I have windows 10 currently on my Samsung SSD 850 Evo and im wanting to put it onto my samsung 970 evo plus m.2 and was wondering the best way to go about it?

Samsung has a drive migration tool that I heard Linus speaking well of at one point.

ive heard a little bit about it myself just havent used it yet and havent seen anything on transferring boot drives with it
