higher can be better, if not needed and the other one is better quality.

Then go with a better quality one, often shown by it's rating like gold etc.

For cable management, a fully modular one can be nice.

no. effiency is not quality. there are better silver units than titanium units.

rm 850w is pretty high end while rm 750x is technically  better it is not worth 5 dollars more for 100w less.

for upgrades in the future if things start to use 100-200 more W, but a 750 can still do fine.

But for most common gaming builds and future gaming builds, the 750 should be more than enough.

 

like said above, having more W is just nicer to have.
