Optiplex 980 Graphics Card for Future Mother-in-Law

Hello everyone. For Christmas, I upgraded my fiancée's mom's computer by just completely replacing it with a full size Dell Optiplex 980. (Considering it was using an IDE drive and DDR RAM [1 GB no less], I think it was a good call.)

 

I tried installing Windows 10 and as expected, it didn't quite work; I got my old Windows CD to work, but not my USB installer (which is tested working).

 

After looking online, I can tell that it's due to the graphics being too far below the minimum Windows 10 requirements. What would be a good card to add to the machine?

 

CPU: Core i3-550 (73 W power draw)

PSU: 305W 

Form Factor: Full size

Computer use case: Looking at photos, light web browsing, email, Windows Office (Word, Powerpoint, etc)
