You could maybe get away with 550 or so, but not as future proof.

If you are up in 650-750 you would be more future proof.

there is a calculator:

https://seasonic.com/wattage-calculator

or

https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator/

For me using some of what you had, it said around 350w, with an PSU of 650W

But you can likely go for 550-600W.

Although higher is better, and can be used in future builds or upgrades, also you need more if you are going to OC too.

I recently had a cv650 it was brand new but it was crackling so it's on its way back, should I buy a cx650?

oh you buyed bronze?

Would like anything above bronze, silver or gold rated.

650 can be nice, not fully future proof but can last some upgrades, so long you are not getting something from the top (like 3090) :P

Maybe FULLY modular too, makes cable manage a bit better or easier.

@_@ A GTX 1070 has minimum 500w, with a 1060 you can get away with 450w, but as always, it should be quality unit not cheapo brand / model

More than enough for your build, and some future builds.
