Unscrew it from the side and pull it out of the slot

 

Don't forget to remove the antennas first

unscrew antennas and remove the screw for the pcie slot and also remove the cable on the back of the card

If you just aren't using it then do you really need to remove it? If you are going to pull it out you'll need to take the antennas off (they unscrew), remove the screw holding the bracket in place and pull the card out.
