i bought a case that is going to arrive in 2-3 days and my old cases side panel is broken and can i have my pc for 2-3 days without the side panel

Absolutely! Watch the CPU and GPU temps though. Every case is designed for both side panels to be on, and airflow won't be as direct with it off. As long as nothing overheats, it won't harm it. Just keep any pets away from the fans. :P

Usually in bad airlfow cases temps are better without the sidepanel. in well ventilated cases temps are pretty much the same or only little better than with the sidepanel on.

 

You can run without the sidepanel all day long.

Motherboard tier list. Tier A for overclocking 5950x. Tier B for overclocking 5900x, Tier C for overclocking 5800X. Tier D for overclocking 5600X. Tier F for 4/6 core Cpus at stock. Tier E avoid.

(Also case airflow matter or if you are using Downcraft air cooler)

Gpu tier list. Rtx 3000 and RX 6000 not included since not so many reviews. Tier S for Water cooling. Tier A and B for overcloking. Tier C stock and Tier D avoid.

( You can overclock Tier C just fine, but it can get very loud, that is why it is not recommended for overclocking, same with tier D)

In the case of my case (pun intended), the side panel is designed to be on - it has a 190mm fan blowing in, directly on my graphics card(s) (yes I plan to run SLI once I have a better PSU and compatible motherboard), chipset, and PSU.

Sometimes tempered glass is not the best.
