What gpu should i buy?

So im building a pc for mainly gaming/recording. I mainly play/record roblox or terraria and edit using premier pro. I want to stay inbetween 200-330$ USD. I've looked for awhile now but cant decide what gpu would work.

I actually found a 1660 super new on ebay for around 320$ USD. it fits in my price range well

If you can find a 5700xt for around that price go for it.

you would almost certainly have to look used.

5700xt is not as good as 1660 in premiere

yeah, it's not as good, It's better.(except for heavy GPU effects)
