Problems With Rockstar On PC

Hey Guys. I Am Having Some Major Issues Here With Rockstar's Games.

 

So I Have GTAV And RDRII On PC, And Forever They Were Working Just Fine. So Suddenly I Couldn't Connect To Social Club And Have Been Using A VPN To Bypass The Problem And Continue Playing. I Could Connect To Rockstar's Website But Not The Social Club Site Or The Launcher. Well Now It's Not Even Working With A VPN, It Says "Update Required" But I Just Installed The Game On Steam. I Have Tried It On Several Computers But I Dont Know Why I Am Having So Much Trouble And Its Just With Rockstar Games. Any Advice Would Be Very Much Appreciated Guys

Does steam have updates for the game?

Desktop benching:

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

then uninstall social club and download another copy from Rockstars. It should update itself, I dont know why it doesnt, but getting a new copy makes sure it's up to date.
