HP 15s soft graphics

I have the ryzen 4500u model of the hp 15s laptop and I'm wondering why is every dialog box this soft: image.png.42a9b99819fc2e2d45e44b88d88065f5.png

 

Not even this, but even some apps have soft text in them.
I installed a fresh version of windows, installed the graphics drivers from AMD's website. Uninstalled them via ddu, still not working...Any fixes?

Resolution and scaling settings?

Programs are mainly made for 100% scaling.

The highest resolution recommended for 100% scaling is 1920x1080.
