Is there an app similar to “Screentime” for android?

I need something that puts restrictions on certain apps for a period of time everyday like the screentime function on iOS

I believe Google's Family Link can do this, though it's targeted more for restricting a child's device.

why no dark mode?

Digital Wellbeing is available on Pixel phones, and I believe also Samsung since I've seen it mentioned on their site. I would check for it in the Play Store and see if it's available for your device.
