Help Deleting Old windows files

Juch

I tried installing sea of thieves, from the Microsoft store, since I had it already on Xbox, but I wanted it to install on my secondary SATA ssd, and not my BOOT NVME ssd, when doing this it created a whole bunch of files and directories for windows, not related to the game, and even if they are I have uninstalled it now, since I dont play it. But there are stupid folders like "windowsapps" and "WpSystem"

when I try and delete with admin, this happens:Capture.PNG.e1062dfbb5440e76175cd42a4378b764.PNG
