Posted December 7, 2020 With used builds, you shouldn't pick based on a list of possible parts. Find an i5 Optiplex that fits your budget, then find the fastest GPU that fits your budget (probably a used 570 or 580), then upgrade RAM to 8 or 16GB if you need to and you can squeeze it in your budget, throw in an SSD regardless of everything else, etc. Quote me to see my reply!
