Best $350 GPU?

I am looking for a GPU for AT MOST $350 USD. I do not mind buying used cards and my region is USA.

as of right now the 1660 ti is probably the best your going to be able to get for that price range. who knows, since the 3060 ti releasing for 399 then maybe the non ti 3060 will fit your price range

but.. im not sure how long your willing to wait for a gpu

ummmm i could just buy an rtx 2060 for around that price range, the 1660ti is only like $280.

For $350, the best card would probably be the yet to be released RTX 3060 non-Ti.

I would suggest waiting for stuff like the 6700/xt and the 3060-non ti to launch. If you can't wait though a used 1080ti/5700xt go for about 300 dollars but that really isn't a good deal as the new gpus will probably beat their performance buy quite a margin.

What monitor resolution/refresh rate?

Probably a <=$300 RX 5700, with dual bios so It can be flashed to an XT card. If one can be found used that is, retail prices are crazy in the US.
