Lower than average 3D Mark scores any idea why?

Specs are: 3090 tuf, 5800x, 4000mhz trident z royal, crosshair viii, and kraken x63. My score in Fire Strike was 31k and the average is 36k. I don't understand why. I have docp on and gpu and chipset drivers. Any clues?

You're right, but even after overclocking a bit im only at 16k in time spy where the average is 17k. How am i behind by 1000 points

Maybe the Silicone isn't that great?
