Built new PC but graphics card not working!

Elboddarb

Just built my first pc but my graphics card isn't working and I cant figure out why. it shows up in device manager but says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". my GPU drivers are up to date but im not sure about other drivers, i have tried updating what I can but I don't know if I am doing it right.
