What should I upgrade on my PC

HI, I am looking to upgrade my pc. I have 2x Arous GTX 1080ti 11g (in sli), and I am thinking of getting rid of them for a 3080 or maybe a 3090. My cpu is a Ryzen 7 3700x though, and I am thinking that it might be better to upgrade to the 5000 series AMD cpus. What do y'all recommend? Would the 3700x bottleneck a 3080 or 3090?

Everything marked with * is what I bought for the Primary PC and I'm just using it until I get all the parts.

Your CPU is completely fine, especially at 1440p. Try to sell those 1080tis for 300 - 350 and your golden
