Wanna do something really quirky but worried about galvanic corrosion from mixing metals

What is the reason you want to mix that?

Shouldn't be an issue. Copper pipes and cast iron has been used for a long time in other applications. Untreated/uncoated cast iron will will rust regardless of what other metal is connected to it. That's why automotive engine blocks made of cast iron run coolant with anti corrosion inhibitors.
