Need help with my gaming pc! Black screen after post load

Pc specs:

ROG strix Z390-H gaming motherboard 

i7 8700k

2x8 ddr4 ram

ROG strix 2070 rtx

750 gold power supply 

 

I'm having troubles trying to get my pc started it posts but doesn't load to the windows login just a Black screen with my mouse coarser it been like this since November 11th
