my mom is into tech and a huge apple fan are there any tech related gifts i could get her on a budget of 200 usd

Magic Mouse if she doesn't have one yet? Apple Pencil if she has an iPad? Perhaps even that Magic Keyboard thing for iPad? Maybe even AirPods or AirPod Pros?

What apple products does she already have? 
If she does not have them already, i’m sure airpods would be good. There may also be some good black friday deals that could bring the apple watch series 3 or maybe even se to around $200.

You might be able to find some other (non-apple) ideas in this thread.

Then I agree with @BlueChinchillaEatingDorito, an apple pencil (if her ipad supports it) or a keyboard case would be a great gift. You could also look into getting her different apple watch bands.

This is quite specific, but I just bought myself an Opolar air duster. These things are pretty neat.

Can be charged via USB and they got quite a bit of power for such a small device.

 

Don't think she'd be interested, but maybe someone else likes the idea.

Knowing Macs you would just be circulating the dust within the machine with that.
